Logistics ERP software for Indian logistics companies
Logiintra is a cloud logistics ERP that runs jobs, documents, billing and compliance for bulk, container, NVOCC, transport, warehousing and manufacturing businesses in one system. Built by Innovative (ISD) in Gujarat and used by 300+ companies with 2,800+ people logging in every day.
Why logistics companies outgrow general ERP and Excel
Many Indian logistics offices run on a mix of an accounting package, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and a portal or two. A logistics ERP software replaces that mix with one record per job, so operations and accounts stop disagreeing about what happened.
The job is the unit, not the item
A forwarding job, a trip or a vessel call has parties, documents, costs and revenue attached. General ERPs are built around stock items, so logistics teams end up tracking the real work outside the system.
Paperwork arrives as PDFs and scans
Invoices, bills of lading and delivery orders come by email. Someone re-types them into two or three places, and every re-type is a chance for a wrong container number or amount.
Billing lags behind operations
When costs sit in one file and the invoice is raised from another, charges get missed and month-end becomes a hunt through job files to find what was never billed.
Compliance sits on every movement
GST invoices, e-Way Bills and TDS apply to individual movements and charges. Handling them in a separate tool means re-entering the same data again.
Branches and GSTINs multiply
A company with offices in Gandhidham, Mumbai and Chennai holds several GSTINs. Head office needs one view while each branch keeps its own books.
Owners cannot see profit per job
Without costs and revenue on the same job, profit shows up only when accounts close the month or the year. A logistics ERP can show it per job, per customer and per segment.
Six logistics segments in one ERP
Logiintra started in 2016 as FleetPush, a fleet management product, added freight forwarding, container tracking, CFS and NVOCC work, and was renamed Logiintra in 2020. Today it is organised into six segments that share one database, one set of masters and one set of books.
Container
Import and export jobs, CFS operations, container tracking and delivery order management. CFS and container software
NVOCC
House and master BLs, consolidation, co-loaders, tariffs and freight invoicing. NVOCC software
Transportation
Lorry receipts, trip settlements, fuel vouchers, driver salary and GPS tracking. Transport management software
Warehousing
Inward and outward, bin-level stock, rental billing and dispatch planning. Warehouse management software
Bulk cargo
Vessel scheduling, laycan, draft survey, demurrage and stevedoring. Stevedoring and bulk cargo software
Manufacturing
Production planning, BOMs, work orders, quality checks and finished goods, for manufacturers who run their own logistics.
Forwarders and customs brokers have dedicated desks too: freight forwarding software and customs broker (CHA) software.
What every desk gets in this logistics ERP
AI document reading
OCR and NLP read invoices, bills of lading and delivery orders at about 95% accuracy and fill the fields into the job. Try the demo
Email auto-processing
Logiintra watches the operations inbox, reads booking confirmations, rate updates and shipping instructions, and creates the entries. Corrections teach it your patterns over time.
Indian compliance built in
GST invoicing, e-Way Bill generation, TDS/TCS handling, GST return reports and ICD/CFS compliance inside the workflow, with multi-GSTIN support.
Anomaly detection
Unusual charges, duplicate entries and billing errors are flagged before the invoice goes out, not after the customer disputes it.
Customer portal
Your customers see their own shipments and documents, which cuts the daily status calls to your operations team.
Dashboards and a plain-English copilot
Live dashboards across jobs, revenue and operations, P&L across segments, and a copilot you can ask things like pending BLs this week or the profit on a job.
How a company moves onto Logiintra
Map the business
We list your segments, branches, GSTINs, customers and the documents each desk handles, and agree what the first phase covers.
Set up and migrate
ISD consultants configure masters, charge heads and billing rules, and migrate open jobs, parties and balances from your current system.
Train each desk
Operations, documentation, billing and accounts are trained on their own screens with their own jobs, not a generic demo.
Go live with support
We stay with the team through go-live, fix gaps as real work flows through, and then extend to the next segment or branch.
How to choose logistics ERP software in India: 10 questions to ask any vendor
Whichever system you shortlist, including ours, ask these questions and ask to see the answer on screen with your own kind of job.
- Is the job, trip or vessel call the centre of the data? Costs, revenue, documents and status should hang off one record.
- Does it cover every segment you run? Many companies run forwarding and transport, or CFS and warehousing, together. Two separate systems bring back the re-typing problem.
- How is GST handled? Check GST invoices, credit notes, TDS/TCS and GST return reports, and whether it supports several GSTINs under one company.
- Can it generate e-Way Bills from the invoice or trip? Re-entering movement details on the portal is exactly the work an ERP should remove.
- What happens to incoming documents? Ask how invoices, BLs and delivery orders get into the system, and what accuracy the vendor measures.
- Can branches work separately but report together? Look for branch-level books with consolidated dashboards and P&L.
- Can customers see their own shipments? A customer portal saves your team hours of status calls.
- Who does the migration and training? Get names and a plan, not a user manual.
- Is it cloud based, and what uptime is on record? A logistics office cannot stop because a local server failed.
- Can you speak to current users in your segment? A vendor with real users in your line of work will arrange it.
