5. Fees & payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the agreed period.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gandhidham / Bhuj, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement agreement.
