We provide software development, web and mobile application development, ERP/SaaS implementation, digital commerce, managed services, and digital marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Innovative and protected by applicable laws. Ownership of custom deliverables is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

Where we provide services, you agree to supply accurate information, timely feedback and any access or materials reasonably required for us to perform the work.

5. Fees & payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the agreed period.

6. Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gandhidham / Bhuj, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement agreement.
