How long does an ERP implementation take?

A typical SMB rollout goes live in 8–14 weeks: 2 weeks discovery, 4–6 weeks configuration and data migration, 2 weeks training and parallel run, then go-live with 2–4 weeks of hypercare. Complex multi-branch rollouts run in phases.

What does ERP implementation cost in India?

For most SMBs a full implementation — configuration, data migration, training and go-live — costs less per month than one back-office salary when phased sensibly. We quote a fixed scope per phase after discovery, so there are no open-ended consultant invoices.

Which ERP platforms do you implement?

Odoo and our own Logiintra platform — plus rescue and re-implementation of stalled ERP projects on other systems.

Do you migrate data from Tally or Excel?

Yes — masters, open invoices, ledgers and opening balances from Tally, Excel, legacy software or older ERPs, reconciled with a parallel run before the old system is switched off.
