Case study: a 35-year tanker fleet, finally visible online
Radha Shyam Logistics has moved bulk liquids across India since 1990: oil, chemicals and gases in a fleet the company puts at over 150 tankers, most of them stainless steel, run from eight branches with GPS on every movement. For three and a half decades that reputation lived on phone calls and word of mouth. The website we built, radhashyam.in, puts it where new customers actually look first.
The problem: real scale, invisible online
A consignor choosing a tanker operator is making a risk decision. Wrong partner, and a chemical consignment sits in the wrong steel, uninsured, untracked. Before this project, that decision could only be settled by phone. The fleet, the safety practices, the branch network, none of it could be verified independently, and companies that verify poorly lose contracts to companies that verify well.
What we built
A fast, mobile-first company site that leads with evidence. The fleet numbers the company operates, the split between stainless and mild steel tankers, GPS-enabled movement, Digi-Lock security and DG-trained drivers sit right on the first screen, next to the company's GSTIN. Cargo pages spell out exactly what the fleet carries. A network section shows the branch spread. Every page ends the same way: request a quote.
The design decision that matters
Logistics buyers do not want clever, they want legible. So the site reads like a capability statement, not a brochure: numbers first, plain sections, one accent colour, and a quote button that is never more than one screen away. On a phone, on patchy highway data, it still loads fast, because that is where transport customers actually open links.
The result
The site is live, ranks for the company's name, and carries its trust details in a form any consignor can check in a minute. One detail we can measure from our side: through the small credit link in its footer, radhashyam.in now sends more visitors to our own site than any other website we have built, which tells you people actually read it.
