Case study: precision brass, sold worldwide from Jamnagar

Bharti Enterprise has machined precision components in Jamnagar since 1979: CNC-turned brass, copper, aluminium and steel parts held to tolerances as fine as ±0.01 mm, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, exported to OEMs in the USA, UK, Germany and beyond. Their website, bhartibrass.com, had one job: look as precise as the parts.

The problem: export buyers judge in seconds

A sourcing engineer in Stuttgart or Ohio shortlists suppliers from a browser tab. If the website reads like a generic brochure, the factory behind it gets discounted, no matter how good the machining is. Bharti needed a site that a quality engineer would take seriously before the first email is ever sent.

What we built

A full engineering catalogue, not a five-page brochure. Every product family, fasteners, threaded inserts, electrical terminals, pins and sockets, anchors, sheet-metal and made-to-print parts, has its own specification page. Dedicated export pages address each market: USA, UK, Germany, the EU and the UAE. Capabilities and quality pages carry the certifications, materials and standards, DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS, in the language buyers search in. A working blog answers the questions sourcing teams actually ask, like what IATF 16949 means for a component supply chain.

The design decision that matters

The site is styled like a calibration instrument, coordinates, tolerance readouts, measured spacing, because the design itself is a claim about the factory. It says: we measure things. Alongside that, the practical layer stays sharp: fast loads, a request-a-quote path on every page, and clean structure that ranks each product family for its own searches.

The result

A manufacturer from 1979 now presents like the precision exporter it is, with a page for every product a buyer might search and a market page for every region it serves. The structured catalogue does quiet, compounding work: each specification page is another door through which a buyer, a search engine or an AI assistant can find the company.
